Christina Rhoad
Chief Operations Officer
As Continental Kid's Chief Operations Officer, Christina Rhoad is responsible for executing Continental Kid's business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide. Her duties focus on improving operations and business processes, vendor management, and product research and development.
After graduating from Butler University in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, she went on to pursue her Master's Degree at Indiana University. Christina has also worked at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis in the Riley Child Development Clinic as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Interdisciplinary Clinic Coordinator.
Her philanthropic activities have included involvement with Habitat for Humanity, the American Heart Association, and breast cancer awareness. It is a yearly tradition for her and her family to raise funds for Race for the Cure, the breast cancer walk. During the holiday season, she enjoys knitting hats for the babies at the hospital and scarves for their parents. Christina is also an advocate for families of children with autism and other developmental delays.
Christina and her family reside in Indiana. She has been married to her husband Nick for 3 years and they are raising one little boy, Jack, who keeps them on their toes! In her free time she enjoys travel, photography, gardening, and family time. She is truly a kid at heart who enjoys taking pleasures in all of the little things in life. Her favorite travel memories include snorkeling in the waters along Isla de Holbox and playing at Disney World with her family. |
