Chief Financial Officer and Customer Service Administrator
As Chief Financial Officer, Marilyn oversees Continental Kid's financial administration, research administration, human resources management, risk management, business analysis, and debt management. In addition, she is also responsible for corporate customer service strategy and Continental Kid's efforts to ensure that customers and partners have a positive experience with our company. In this role, Marilyn is responsible for improving customer service and customer relationships in addition to overseeing key initiatives that focus on customer care.
After graduating from Butler University in 1970, Marilyn started her career as an assistant buyer with L.S. Ayres in Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 1994 and holds an Indiana Real Estate Broker's License.
Marilyn resides in Indiana and has three grown children, 6 adorable grandchildren and McKinsey, a mischievous Westie. She enjoys international and domestic travel, volunteer work, flower gardening, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Her favorite travel memories include riding a camel around the pyramids and Sphinx in Egypt and listening to the laughter of children throughout the world. |
