Placing Your Order

 

Using the Shopping Cart              

 

Number of items

 The shopping cart can hold an unlimited number of items.

 

Length of time

Your shopping cart will be kept until you leave the website.

 

 

Changing an Order

 

While you are still shopping or during the checkout process

You can change the quantity or size/color of an item in the shopping cart by:

  • Increasing or decreasing the quantity field that refers to the product you intend to change and then click the “Recalculate” button.
  • To change the color or size of an item, click on "Product Description" and change the size in the drop down box.  Then click the "Recalculate" button.

 

Removing Items

 

While you are still shopping

To remove items from the shopping cart while you are still shopping, click the “View Cart/Check Out” button. You can remove a single item by clicking on the “Remove Item” checkbox on the line that refers to the product you want to remove.  Click the “Recalculate” button.  Then click on the "Continue Shopping" button.

 

Removing items during checkout

If you are in the checkout process and have not sent the order, you are able to remove items from the shopping cart.  Remove an item by clicking on the “Remove Item” checkbox on the line that refers to the product you want to remove.  Click on the “Recalculate” button.  Then click on the "Next" button to continue the checkout process.

 

To clear an order

To remove your entire order and to empty your shopping cart during the checkout process, click on the “Remove Item” checkboxes on each product line.  Click on the “Recalculate” button.  Then select "Continue Shopping."


 

Checkout            

 

New Customers

 

New customers must register prior to completing their checkout.  Click on the “View Cart/Checkout” button and follow the prompts.

  • Step 1: Enter the Shipping Address, (choose where to ship your order: home, office or multiple addresses), the Shipping Service and Method, the Coupon Codes if available, and select a Payment Option (Mastercard, Visa,  Discover, Paypal, gift certificate or e-gift certificate and review the Order Summary (shows discounts, tax, shipping charges and the order total)  Click "Next."
  • Step 2: Enter Personal and Billing Information
  • Step 3: Enter Payment Details
  • Step 4: When you are ready, click “Complete Payment.”  An Order Confirmation page will display a detailed summary of your order.  After your order is received, you will receive two separate emails:

·        Order Confirmation email – generally sent within 30 minutes of order

·        Shipping Notice/Invoice email – sent the same day your order is shipped

 

 

Registered Customers

 

After selecting your merchandise and logging in, select the “View Cart/Checkout” option and follow the prompts to complete your check out:
