Adjustments
If an item has been reduced within 7 days or less from the date of your purchase, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-813-3154 or (312) 893-5591 with your invoice number, and we will determine if you are eligible for the new price change.
Pricing Errors
If an item’s actual price is lower than our listed price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
If an item’s actual price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. You can elect to accept the item at the corrected price or choose to cancel that item from your order. You will receive a notification of the cancellation.
Payment Options
Continental Kid accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Continental Kid gift and e-certificates, and electronic checks. We do not accept C.O.D.’s. Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase but will not be charged until the order is shipped. We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been completed and shipped.
When paying by check, you authorize Continental Kid:
1. to obtain information from your check to make a one time electronic fund transfer (EFT) or bank draft from your account or
2. to process the payment as a check transaction
Using the EFT process, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment. If the order is processed as a check transaction, your order will not be shipped until the check has been processed and cleared by the bank.
Whether using the EFT process or a check transaction, you authorize Continental Kid to collect a service charge via a bank draft from your account in the amount of $25 or the maximum allowed by state law if your payment is returned due to insufficient or uncollected funds.
If an item in your order is backordered, you will not be charged for that particular item until it is ready to be shipped to you.
