You can send our gift certificates either electronically or through US and international mail.

Gift certificates are mailed to either you or the receiver of the card and usually arrive within 7 business days. If mailed, the gift certificate will be sent USPS Priority Mail (Basic Delivery) with no shipping charges.  If other merchandise is included in the gift certificate order, standard shipping charges will apply.

e-Gift certificates are e-mailed to you usually within 12 hours or the next business day if purchased on weekends and holidays. You can personalize the card with a message and then forward it to the recipient at the appropriate time. 

When purchasing a gift certificate, your credit card will be charged the amount of the gift certificate you choose at the time of purchase.   The receiver will use a special offer code provided on the gift certificate to redeem their gift item.   If the order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

Continental Kid Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates Terms and Conditions:

• Gift certificates are not refundable or returnable and have a (2) year expiration date from date of issue.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
• Gift certificates can only be redeemed by the person to whom it was issued (the “Holder”) for up to its face value.
• When purchasing a gift certificate, you, the purchaser, are not entitled to apply that purchase towards any Continental Kid promotions, such as but not limited to giveaways and discounts.  This benefit is reserved for the recipient of the gift certificate who is eligible to apply the certificate to any current promotion when the gift certificate is redeemed.  
• Items purchased with the gift certificates, if defective or unsatisfactory, can be exchanged for comparable merchandise only.  All other return policies apply.
• Continental Kid is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• Continental Kid reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
