Shipping Guarantee 

 

We fully guarantee all merchandise shipped to you.  For your safety, orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery.   If any items are lost or damaged during delivery, we will replace them at no additional cost to you.

 

UPS and Federal Express 

 

UPS will deliver to P.O. Boxes but does not deliver or pick up shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Federal Express will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Shipping Charges

 

We value you as our customer.  Shipping charges are calculated by the packaging costs, the weight of the order and the delivery method.  There are no additional handling or convenience charges applied to your order.

 

At Checkout, shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the Order Summary.  Are you

shipping to mulitple addresses? There are no hidden or additional charges. Each package is still based on packaging, weight and carrier.

 

Undeliverable or Refused Orders

 

A fee of $10.00 in addition to the return shipping fee to Continental Kid will be assessed if an order is refused delivery or is undeliverable.

 

Address Correction 

 

A fee of $10.00  will be assessed if the customer enters incorrect shipping or destination information at checkout which requires Continental Kid or any carrier to make corrections.

 

Backorders

 

Continental Kid maintains a large and frequently changing inventory of merchandise available for sale.  Many of our items are available in limited quantities.  Consequently we do not guarantee that an item displayed on your initial visit will always be available.  We make every effort to remove unavailable items from the website but reserve the right to make merchandise changes without prior notice.

 

Return Policy

 

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, that item will be placed on a “backorder status.”  The rest of your order will be shipped on schedule.  You will receive an email notification that a specific item has been placed on backorder and Continental Kid will attempt to provide you with an estimated delivery date.  Since shipments of backordered items vary between our many vendors, you have the option to cancel that item from your overall order.

You will not be charged for that particular item until is ready to be shipped to you.

 

Once we receive the merchandise, we will ship it to you by your previously selected method with no additional shipping fee unless you contact us to arrange another method.  We will send you an email to let you know the item is on its way.

 

At Continental Kid, your complete satisfaction is our goal.  However, if our merchandise does not meet your expectations, we offer the following return options:

 

If your order arrives and an item is missing, we will replace the missing item with no additional shipping charges.

 

If your order arrives and an item is damaged, please follow our return procedures and we will send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges. 

 

If your order is not waiting for you upon your arrival at your travel designation, we will refund your shipping costs in addition to a 25% refund of your Ship Ahead order.

 

If your order is lost during shipment prior to arriving at your hotel, we will either overnight you another order at our expense or you may cancel the order.

 

Unless damaged in shipment, PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

 

All nonperishable merchandise with an invoice and returned within 60 days of purchase will received a full refund at the original price in the original form of payment as long the return verification system is followed.  Shipping charges are not refundable. If using a gift receipt, you will receive a full refund in the form of a Merchandise Credit.

 

A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns.  If merchandise is returned without an invoice, you will be issued a Merchandise Credit based on the current price(s) of the merchandise.

 

Continental Kid uses a return verification system. All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-800-813-3154 or (312) 893-5591 to receive a Return Authorization Number. You will need to enter the number on the Return Shipping Label which is included in your order.   NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

 

Return the items in the same packaging in which you received them.  Otherwise, ship the items in a protective box or padded mailer envelope via U.S. mail or UPS.  Insure the package and obtain a delivery confirmation. 

 

All non-perishable items must be returned complete, in unopened packaging and include all original parts, instructions, and documentations.  The amount your account is credited will be reduced for any missing parts, damaged packaging or missing accessories.  Any items which have been physically or cosmetically abused will be refused for credit.  Apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with all original sales tags attached. 

 

Please remember, all colors vary slightly from one computer monitor to another.  Consequently your item may not be the identical color that you selected at the time of purchase.
